How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate and maintain the platform, process and moderate project submissions, and display approved projects publicly. We use the data to personalize your experience, including tailored content in your feed and intelligent search results. It also allows us to create your public portfolio once a submission is approved and list your profile in the public Directory. These uses are essential to deliver a curated and relevant user experience.
Sharing of Information
Once a project submission is approved, your user profile and portfolio become publicly visible to all users of the platform. Approved users are also featured in the public Directory. While we never sell or rent your personal data to third parties, we may share anonymized, aggregated information for internal analysis, research, or performance monitoring purposes.
Your Rights

Terms & Conditions
Use of the Platform
To access Database™, users must create an account by providing accurate personal information and selecting an account type—either as a freelancer or an agency. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account. The platform provides features such as project submission, profile editing, and curated content discovery.
Submissions and Approvals
Users can submit their projects using the dedicated submission form within the platform. Each submission is reviewed by the Database™ team and may either be approved or rejected based on quality and relevance. While awaiting approval, users may continue editing their submissions. Once a submission is approved, it appears on the user’s public profile and the user is listed in the platform’s public Directory.
Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of any content you submit. However, by submitting content to Database™, you grant us a license to use, publish, and display that content across the platform. You also confirm that all content submitted is your original work or that you hold the necessary rights and permissions to share it.
Feed and Search
The platform features a personalized feed that presents projects based on your usage patterns and interests. In addition, the smart search function enables users to explore projects and profiles with intelligent, database-driven results to enhance discoverability and relevance.
Platform Rules
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Submissions must not include content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate user accounts that breach these guidelines or misuse the platform.
Termination
Database™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms & Conditions or behaves in a manner that harms the platform or its users.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or third-party interactions.
